Message from Superintendent Jim Norton: Friday, January 24 Update
I apologize for any confusion caused by evolving circumstances. After assessing the water line break in Wewahitchka and a downed power line near Port St. Joe, we have decided all Gulf District Schools will remain closed tomorrow, Friday, January 24.
Our school and maintenance teams are working diligently to address and repair the issues in both Wewahitchka and Port St. Joe. We are hopeful that everything will be resolved in time to resume classes on Monday, January 27.
